Before joining the firm in 1990, John Schraven worked as a claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual and Maine Bonding & Casualty insurance companies. His vast experience negotiating injury claims for these insurance companies prepared him well for his roles as a claims analyst and negotiator for O’Neill Kellner & Green.
John has been a featured speaker for seminars hosted by the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, Vermont Bar Association, Vermont Hospital Association, and Fletcher Allen Healthcare on topics such as negotiation and subrogation.
In the community, John is an accomplished professional storyteller. His audiences include corporations, non-profits and children of all ages. He is a member of the League of New England Storytellers and the Vermont Liaison for the National Storytelling Network.
He lives in the Franklin County town of Fairfax with his wife and two daughters.

Lori Baker is responsible for the compilation, analysis, and summary of medical records for the majority of our cases. Her extensive legal knowledge has been gathered over 22 years in this field. She lives in Georgia with her husband and daughter.

Lori Somerville

Lori Somerville is responsible for managing records in litigated cases. She also researches and analyzes all of the medical issues involved in cases. Lori assists our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process from discovery through trial.
Before joining O’Neill Kellner & Green, Lori gained invaluable experience and knowledge by working with a local insurance defense firm for 12 years.
Lori lives in Colchester with her husband and three children.

Mary Lou Marsh

Mary Lou works with our attorneys in some of our more complicated cases. She assists in research and investigation, and works with our attorneys through trial. Before joining O'Neill Kellner & Green, she gained valuable experience working for eight years at a large Burlington insurance defense firm. Prior to that, she worked for Vermont Legal Aid. Mary Lou lives in Burlington.
