John Kellner focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury, wrongful
death and medical malpractice cases.
John graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1983, and magna cum
laude from the University of Vermont in 1980. In 1984, he served as law
clerk to the Hon. John F. Grady, U.S. District Judge for the Northern
District of Illinois.
John is listed in the Best Lawyers in America. He is a frequent presenter
at seminars addressing personal injury and insurance coverage topics.
John is a past President of the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association and
remains a member of its Board of Govenors. He is currently Chair of the
State of Vermont Judicial Nominating Board.
John lives in Weybridge with his wife, Dayle, a family physician; their
two sons and several pets. He enjoys the outdoors, is an avid bird hunter
and likes to fish.
